Hollol Gymraeg started in 2020 after the transformation of space at the Oil4Wales HQ in Nantycaws, Carmarthenshire. With breath taking views over the Black Mountains, Hollol Gymraeg was to be something special, unique, with a desire for quality dining experiences. Using quality local ingredients the passion for great tasting home-made food speaks for it’s self.
